BioThis is my eating disorder journal. It's for me to vent/write/describe how I feel for whatever reason, but mainly as a safe haven for the thoughts in my head which usually don't surface anywhere else. This is not pro-ana or pro-mia. I am not for developing an eating disorder. I do not feel like eating disorders are lifestyles, and I know for a fact that it is extremely bad for your health to have any kind. Thus, don't read my journal for tips or any kind of inside view of what it's "really like." I do not cater to you! This journal is for me, but I love feedback and friends. So add me if you like.
p.s., yes, i post 'thinsperation' sometimes, but it's more of an appreciation of beauty. i have never looked at pictures and thought, "oh boy. i better starve myself some more!"
